SHIPPING NOT SUCCEED
Please note SIYA Swimwear provide tracking details for every order shipped. We expect customers to use tracking to ensure completed delivery. Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after a failed attempt of delivery to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Please note SIYA Swimwear can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to SIYA Swimwear you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
RETURNS DUE TO BUYER NEGLIGENCE
If an order cannot be delivered due to the buyer's negligence (e.g., providing an incorrect or incomplete address, failing to collect the package from a pickup point, or refusing the shipment), and the order is subsequently returned to the sender, reasonable additional costs may apply. These costs will be charged to the buyer.
If the buyer is required to pay import duties and/or local taxes and fails to do so or does so too late, resulting in the order being returned to the sender, reasonable costs may also apply. These costs will be charged to the buyer. The buyer will be clearly informed in advance about any applicable import duties and taxes when placing the order.
FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND ABUSE
In case of suspected fraudulent claims (e.g., repeated reports of undelivered packages, conflicting information, or unusual claim patterns), we reserve the right to:
- Conduct additional verification steps, such as requesting a written statement, ID verification, or supplementary documentation.
- Hold the buyer liable for any incurred costs and damages.
- Refuse future orders or implement additional security measures.
- Record the claim in fraud prevention systems and/or share relevant information with insurers and law enforcement authorities.
- Take legal action if fraud is confirmed, including filing a police report and recovering damages through debt collection procedures.
