What is your delivery time and price?

How can I see if my order is been shipped?
Shortly after you have placed an order with Siya Swimwear you will receive an order confirmation by email. Sometimes it can also end up in your spam inbox, make sure to check it. Once your order has been transferred to PostNL, a track and trace mail will be sent with the link to track your order. If you haven't received it yet, you will receive it shortly.

Can I return my order?
Are you not so happy with the order? Fortunately, we have a return policy. Here you can find everything related to returning your order.
It is possible to return your order within 14 days (under certain conditions, see refund policy). 

Can I exchange my order?
Oops! Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You can return your order (on conditions) within 14 days. After processing your return you can of course place a new order.

How do I register a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at siyaswimwear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I purchase a swimtop and pants in different sizes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to mix and match sizing for swimdresses/tops and pants as we produce all our swimsets in full sets. So it is not possible to mix and match sizing.
