Refund policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The returncosts are for the buyer and will be checked out at the return process explained below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to initiate a return?
1. Fill out the return form:
To initiate a return, please fill out our Return form. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Pack your items you would like to return
Carefully package the items you're returning along with the packing slip that was included in your original shipment. This will help us process your return faster.
3. Create your return label and droff off your return
You can create a return label using the return form. Package the items for which you have submitted the return request, attach the label to the package, and drop off your return package with the carrier.

Within 14 days after receiving your return, you can expect the refund to be made to the account number we have on file.

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Did you receive your order but received the wrong/missing item? Or did you notice a defect? You can report this to us within 72 hours at info@siyaswim.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The refund is a refund of the product excluding shipping costs.
